Ingredients : 1 French Bread loaf, cut lengthwise in half 1 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese 4 Tbs Ranch Dressing, (homemade is best) 3 green onions chopped, can use chives as well. 2 Tbsp Real butter, just enough to butter insides of brad lightly Garlic salt to taste. | ||
Directions : First set oven to broil and line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy clean up. Then, butter the french bread halves and add garlic salt. Place bread open-faced in oven and broil until golden, about 2-3 minutes. Spread the ranch on both halves and generously coat with grated monterey jack cheese. Put back into oven and broil until cheese is bubbly. Sprinkle with sliced green onion. For an extra little kick add about a TBS grated Asiago cheese to your bread! Slice and serve immediately & Enjoy! WARNING: This bread is highly addictive!! You will want to double the recipe. |
