Buy Cheap and Freeze

Make use of last minute price reductions.  You can buy a huge bag of reduced cost lines at the back of the produce section.  Just juice them, put 1 tablespoon portions in an ice cube tray, freeze, then store in a freezer bag.  Use for recipes such as guacamole.
